Putting up shelfs and covering some walls holes

I have tried to hang two shelves but one is not holding and the other one I am scared it will fall eventually. So I need the holes to be fixed and the shelves to be put again. Moreover I need another little shelf to be put in the bathroom.
2 shelves kitchen are 80x30 cm and one in the bathroom is 60x15.
I have all the essentials - hammer, drill, screwers and fishers, level, meter. However I don´t have the material to close holes.
