Change windows and skylight

We want a free assessment and quote to change the windows on our second floor and the skylight. Depending on the condition, please advise whether we can change or repair it. Please see the attachment and Google map of our house, it is protected and needs to have the same design when we change the windows.
We also consider sealing and repainting the facade after the windows are repaired. There are some parts of the wooden facade that may need to be treated.
